Oversee electrical works and manage site execution for projects.
Coordinate authority submissions and inspections and support timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installations, testing, and commissioning to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate SEWA submissions, approvals, inspections, and electricity connections; ensure compliance with SEWA and project standards.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, load schedules, single-line diagrams, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities; manage site manpower, materials, and daily progress.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate electrical services with other disciplines.
- Monitor quality, safety, schedules, and costs; prepare progress reports, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
- Complete inspections, rectify defects, and close snag lists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous UAE project experience involving SEWA approvals, inspections, and coordination is required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, load calculations, power distribution, lighting, and earthing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; strong site management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
