Role Overview

Key Responsibilities (on a single project)

• Lead the integration and alignment of multiple project departments (creative, production, technical, local partners) across different geographies;
• Act as the primary point of coordination between Filmmaster Executive Team and clients, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and cultural alignment;
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of the project, from planning to delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency;
• Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets in fast-paced and high-profile environments;
• Ensure smooth communication flows between international and local teams, mitigating risks and resolving operational challenges;
• Guarantee compliance with local regulations, cultural sensitivities, and client expectations, particularly within KSA and Gulf countries.

Requirements

• Proven experience (15+ years) in project direction within live events, cultural productions, shows;
• Strong background in international project management across Europe and MEA (especially KSA/GCC);
• Deep understanding of the Arab world and Gulf region, including cultural, operational, and business practices;
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments;
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills;
• Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus;
• Freelance availability;
• Available to travel frequently and to relocate or stay abroad for medium to long periods depending on project needs.

• Experience working on governmental, institutional, or large-scale public events;
• Strong network within the MEA events and cultural landscape;
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-evolving contexts;
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
