Project Director

• to join our team for projects in Khobar.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale construction and engineering consultancy projects, with strong expertise in project leadership, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, and delivery of projects in compliance with international standards and Saudi regulations.
• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects from initiation through completion and handover.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, government authorities, and senior management.
• Monitor overall project performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and decision-making processes to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review and approve project reports, technical submissions, schedules, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, disputes, and commercial or contractual issues.
• Ensure implementation of quality assurance, health and safety, and regulatory compliance standards across projects.
• Support business development initiatives, client relationship management, and strategic project opportunities.
• Facilitate coordination between design, technical, planning, commercial, and site teams to achieve integrated project delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for project staff and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction, engineering consultancy, or project management, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, and commercial management.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction regulations, governmental procedures, and international standards.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, multiple teams, and high-level client relationships effectively.
• PMP or other relevant professional certifications are considered a strong advantage.
