Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Project Director (Oil & Gas EPC)** to lead large-scale engineering projects, oversee compliance frameworks, and align EPC strategies with organizational goals.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex oil & gas projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- **Project Strategy**: Define and implement EPC frameworks across oil & gas projects.
- **Execution Oversight**: Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and industry-specific safety requirements.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital EPC tools, predictive analytics, and smart monitoring systems.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of oil & gas EPC experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of **EPC frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments.
- Expertise in project execution, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience in multinational or regional oil & gas organizations preferred.
