- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مدير مشاريع ذو خبرة واسعة في قطاع النفط والغاز لإدارة مشاريع الهندسة والتوريد والإنشاء (EPC)، والإشراف على جميع مراحل المشروع لضمان التنفيذ الناجح وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة والميزانية والجدول الزمني المحدد.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة وإدارة مشاريع النفط والغاز من مرحلة التخطيط حتى التسليم النهائي.
- الإشراف على أعمال الهندسة والتوريد والإنشاء (EPC).
- ضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومتطلبات الجودة.
- إدارة فرق المشاريع متعددة التخصصات والمقاولين والاستشاريين.
- مراقبة المخاطر التشغيلية ووضع خطط التخفيف المناسبة.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- التنسيق مع العملاء والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- مراجعة العقود وإدارة المطالبات والتغييرات في نطاق العمل.
- إعداد التقارير التنفيذية للإدارة العليا حول تقدم المشاريع.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، المدنية، الكهربائية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة من 15 إلى 20 سنة في مشاريع النفط والغاز، منها خبرة قيادية في مشاريع EPC.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة المشاريع الضخمة ومحطات المعالجة والمنشآت الصناعية.
- معرفة ممتازة بمعايير الصناعة الدولية مثل API وASME وISO.
- خبرة في إدارة العقود والمشتريات والمقاولين.
- الشهادات المفضلة:
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
- OSHA أو NEBOSH
- PMI-SP أو شهادات إدارة المخاطر
- عضوية الهيئات الهندسية المعتمدة
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- القيادة وإدارة المشاريع الكبرى.
- إدارة المخاطر والعقود.
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنفيذي.
- مهارات التفاوض والتواصل.
- إدارة فرق العمل متعددة التخصصات.
- اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة.
