Project Director, FM Services Delivery Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Facilities Project Director to join our team!

In this role you will lead FM services delivery on a major destination programme, acting as the single accountable authority and primary client partner across our Facilities Management Agent contract.

Responsible for governing multiple FM service packages, a large multi-disciplinary team, and the full programme lifecycle from pre-operational advisory through phased activation to steady-state operational delivery.

What You'Ll Be Doing

  • Leads, and controls all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the Vendor Management programme.
  • Acts as the single client-facing authority - accountable for all governance, delivery, performance, and escalation management.
  • Leads the full vendor lifecycle across all FM service packages - procurement, onboarding, performance management, and contract administration.
  • Responsible for the Programme Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and all governance documentation.
  • Governs CAFM as the single source of truth for all asset, maintenance, and performance data.
  • Owns the FM strategy, PPM regimes, and maintenance optimisation approach across the programme.
  • Works with key project individuals to devise action plans to address cost overruns, delays, scope changes or improvement needs
  • Chairs monthly steering committees and presents programme performance to client leadership.
  • Builds and leads the delivery organization - developing talent, embedding Saudisation, and building succession.
  • Monitors and reports to management on programme progress, milestones, and any conditions affecting cost or schedule.
