Project Director

1.

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale civil construction and infrastructure projects in accordance with approved objectives, schedules, and budgets.

Develop and implement project execution strategies, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, client expectations, and organizational goals.

3.

Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones.

Ensure all civil works are completed in compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

5.

Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance indicators, and implement corrective actions to address delays, risks, or operational challenges.

6.

Manage project budgets, cost control measures, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure optimal project profitability and efficiency.

7.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, utility providers, and other key stakeholders.

8.

Oversee contract administration activities, including contract compliance, variation orders, claims management, and dispute resolution.

9.

Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and the implementation of effective risk management strategies.

10.

Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and sustainability practices are maintained across all project activities and sites.

11.

Review and approve construction methodologies, project schedules, procurement plans, and resource deployment strategies to optimize project delivery.

12.

Lead project review meetings and provide accurate progress reports, financial updates, and strategic recommendations to executive management.

13.

Ensure the timely procurement and availability of materials, equipment, and workforce resources required for uninterrupted project execution.

14.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, innovation, and value engineering solutions to enhance project outcomes.

15.

Support business development efforts by contributing to tender evaluations, project feasibility assessments, client presentations, and the pursuit of new civil construction opportunities.
