- Spearhead the overall strategic direction and execution of large-scale civil projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Provide decisive leadership and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee the development and management of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and contractual issues, to minimize potential disruptions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
- Review and approve project deliverables, including technical drawings, specifications, and progress reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
