This executive leadership role will be responsible for the overall success of multiple mission-critical developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and operational performance.
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction across all phases of the project lifecycle, from early planning and design management through procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising project managers, design managers, construction managers, commercial professionals, and technical specialists.
- Ensure effective management of programme schedules, project budgets, risk registers, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, senior stakeholders, consultants, utility providers, and supply chain partners.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale operators and key project partners.
- Champion health, safety, quality, and environmental excellence across all project activities.
- Oversee commercial performance, including contract administration, change management, claims mitigation, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project performance against key milestones and implement corrective actions to address potential delays or risks.
- Lead project governance meetings and provide regular executive-level reporting to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Support commissioning strategies, operational readiness planning, and the successful transition to client operations teams.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects, with significant exposure to mission-critical facilities and data centres.
- Proven track record leading hyperscale or major colocation data centre developments from inception through to completion.
- Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams within complex EPC, PMC, or client-side environments.
- Strong understanding of data centre delivery requirements, including critical power, cooling infrastructure, commissioning, and operational resilience.
- Demonstrated expertise in programme management, commercial oversight, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with internationally recognised forms of contract and large, geographically dispersed project teams.
- Middle East experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hyperscale client standards and delivery expectations, including those of AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, or Oracle, would be advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively at executive level.
- This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading organisation at the forefront of the region's rapidly expanding data centre sector and play a pivotal role in delivering next-generation digital infrastructure that will support the future of the digital economy.
