Masterplan Director | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are partnering with a leading developer to appoint a Masterplan Director to lead the planning and delivery of a major mixed-use destination development in Riyadh.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the masterplanning process across hospitality, residential, retail, public realm, landscape, infrastructure and development disciplines, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and world-class design outcomes.
Key requirements
- 15+ years' experience in masterplanning, urban design, development or related disciplines
- Proven leadership experience within a major developer, master developer or leading international consultancy
- Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use developments
- Completion of at least one Golf Course Development project
- Completion of at least one Luxury Hotel project
- Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination experience
- GCC experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have delivered projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah
