Project Director

Construction Management Supervision (CMS)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale construction and supervision projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, construction managers, and consultants
• Act as the primary client interface, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee construction supervision activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and programme objectives
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead project controls, planning, reporting, and recovery strategies where required
• Manage contract administration activities with strong focus on
• FIDIC-based contracts
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical and commercial issues proactively
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with local regulations, contractual obligations, and international best practices
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic project leadership to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum
• 20 years' experience
• in project delivery and construction supervision roles
• Proven experience delivering large-scale
• mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects
• Strong background working within
• consultancy / Construction Management Supervision environments
• Extensive experience in
• FIDIC contract administration and project management
• Previous project experience in

Saudi Arabia

• is strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Membership of

RICS

• or equivalent professional body is preferred
• FIDIC certification or formal contract management training is advantageous

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia or able to mobilise immediately
• Transferable IQAMA preferred
• Strong client-facing presence with the ability to lead under pressure
• Commercially aware with strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
