Position Summary

Project Leadership

• Lead and manage construction projects from mobilization through handover.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies.
• Direct project teams including Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and support functions.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and contractual requirements.

Planning & Execution

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and construction activities.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Manage resource allocation and workforce planning.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.

Financial Management

• Control project budgets exceeding AED 5 billion.
• Monitor cash flow, cost reports, and project profitability.
• Review variation orders, claims, and contractual matters.
• Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and safety.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Lead executive-level project meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor large multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across project functions.

Experience

• Minimum 20+ years of construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership positions (Project Director / Operations Director).
• Proven track record managing projects valued at AED 3–5 billion or above.
• Extensive experience in:

• Luxury Villa Developments

• High-Rise Residential Towers (30+ floors)
• Mixed-Use Developments
• Infrastructure and External Works
• Strong UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory.
• Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED60,000.00 per month
