Requirements
- bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration.
- Basic knowledge of Linux administration.
- networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and subnetting.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage.
- Knowledge of system monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- **Hindi OR Tagalog speakers preferred**
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in user account management and access control.
- Support network infrastructure and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support as required.
Experience
- 0 2 years of experience in System Administration, IT Support, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant certifications and practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
