Lead the implementation of store interventions, ensuring alignment with our company strategies and financial targets.

Collaborate with stores and contractors to deliver transformations with minimal disruption.

Manage a variety of schemes and activity types, ranging from dispensary improvements to beauty hall reconfigurations and total refurbishments

Support store teams and local transformational leads, driving progress and optimising return on investment.

Report directly to the Interventions Delivery Manager, playing a pivotal role in our Property Project Field Team.

Proven ability to work with complexity and change.

Experience in leading change initiatives within the store environment.
