About This Role

As a Project Coordinator at Tarjama& a Arabic.ai Subsidary, you will support project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects. Your role will be crucial in assisting project managers with scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation management.

Requirements Project Planning and Execution

• Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan, implement, and close out projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
• Assist in developing detailed project schedules and allocating resources to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting summaries, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
• Support the creation of visual and written reports to effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners regarding project status, updates, and changes.
• Act as a liaison to ensure stakeholder requirements and expectations are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitoring and Risk Management

• Track project progress against established goals and timelines, proactively identifying potential delays or obstacles.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation by coordinating solutions and escalating issues to appropriate team members when necessary.

Meeting and Activity Coordination

• Organize and manage project-related meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• (1-3) years of experience in project coordination or management, with a track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent command of both English and Arabic for effective communication.
