Project and role

Project delivery and coordination

• Promote safety behaviours and lessons learned, and support the safety and wellbeing of project staff.
• Ensure quality systems are managed; coordinate delivery from project inception through design, planning, procurement, and construction against programme milestones.
• Manage tasks and deliverables for senior leaders and project and client teams; manage budgets and identify risks, challenges, and mitigations.
• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of airport development and enhancement projects.
• Maintain trackers, action logs, risk registers, and decision registers; monitor milestones and escalate critical issues.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.

ORAT and operational handover

• Support ORAT activities across workstreams, including readiness plans, trials, simulations, training, familiarisation, and transition.
• Engage operational stakeholders throughout delivery and incorporate readiness requirements into project work.
• Coordinate integration between construction, commissioning, testing, and operational activation; facilitate readiness reviews and track actions to closure.
• Support transition and handover plans, operational acceptance, documentation, training records, procedures, readiness evidence, and activation milestones.

Stakeholders and interfaces

• Coordinate airport operations, airline representatives, government entities, consultants, contractors, and project teams; build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Organise and facilitate stakeholder workshops, technical meetings, coordination forums, and readiness sessions; track actions, decisions, and commitments.
• Coordinate interfaces between project packages and operational stakeholders, identify interface risks, and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Support alignment between construction activities and live operational constraints, including approvals, reviews, and information exchanges.

Role requirements

• Technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio.
• Manage project tasks and deliverables and collaborate with project, client, design, and consultant teams.
• Coordinate project and operational stakeholders and contribute to delivery against strategic project KPIs.

Workplace and flexibility

• The project is based in a live airport environment and includes a site work context.
