Project Coordinator II
Role Overview
As our Project Coordinator , you will be supporting two Project Managers responsible for managing the project onboarding tasks, purchase order management and project set up.
You will support multiple projects simultaneously and provide support services in collaboration with the Project Managers by running weekly financial reports, document collection, updating final close out reports and assisting with Avetta safety compliance management.
The right candidate has a long-term goal of managing own projects independently.

We are seeking the following experience & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred
- Project Coordinating experience within engineering preferred.
- Passion for project performance.
- Ability to track and complete project work under accelerated schedules.
