Project Coordinator - Exhibition Industry

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from client contact through completion, including venue and safety approvals and passes.
• Assist with project plans, timelines, budgets, quotations, estimates, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate exhibition setup, operation, and teardown, resolving last-minute issues onsite.
• Communicate with clients, exhibitors, and stakeholders and ensure their requirements are met.
• Monitor budgets, process invoices, and provide budget updates.
• Manage exhibition materials, storage, inventory, transportation, and onsite distribution.
• Support social media coordination, email campaigns, and event listings with the marketing team.
• Prepare reports and presentations on event performance, attendee feedback, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of UAE project coordination experience; exhibitions, events, or related industries are preferred.
• Exhibition field experience, including stand booths, and ability to read drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required during exhibitions.

Pay

• Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
