Your Opportunity
The Project Coordinator/ Document Controller will provide program coordination, document control, configuration management, and administrative support for the ATM modernization program, ensuring that all program documentation, records, deliverables, approvals, and technical submissions are properly controlled, tracked, maintained, and archived in accordance with program governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- **Key Responsibilities*** Manage program document control systems, transmittals, review cycles, and approval workflows.
- Maintain deliverables registers, action trackers, review logs, and configuration management records.
- Ensure proper revision control and auditable tracking of all technical, operational, contractual, and regulatory documents.
- Coordinate document submissions between stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and program teams.
- Support program meetings, workshops, governance reviews, and reporting activities.
- Maintain program correspondence, records, meeting minutes, and project filing systems.
- Support audit readiness and ensure all documentation is properly archived and retrievable.
- Track program assets, inventories, as-built records, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.
- Support closeout and final documentation activities.
- **Decision-Making Authority*** Coordinate document workflow and review activities within delegated authority.
- Escalate overdue submissions, document control issues, configuration conflicts, and missing deliverables.
Specific Requirements
- **Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- + Business Administration
- + Project Management
- + Engineering
- + Information Management
- + or related discipline.
- **Required Experience*** Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project coordination or document control.
- Experience within aviation, airport, infrastructure, engineering, or large program environments preferred.
- Experience with document management systems and program governance processes.
