Coordinate customer enquiries, job bookings, and delivery through liaison with clients, stakeholders, and project managers.
Build strong relationships with client project management teams and support operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate REPS workflows, point-of-delivery documentation, evidence, and work-in-progress records.
The successful candidate is subject to a six-month probationary period.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and councils and collate information required to fulfil requests.
- Record information in the in-house REPS system and file correspondence electronically.
- Quote, book, oversee, and close jobs for assigned clients.
- Manage multiple traffic management projects, including planning, programme management, and delivery.
- Ensure works comply with Chapter 8 and NHSS standards.
Skills and qualifications
- IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, accurate data entry, and attention to detail.
- Able to adapt to changing demands, prioritise work, and meet conflicting deadlines under pressure.
- Able to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, maintain relationships, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Traffic management knowledge is preferred but not essential.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
Salary
- Salary is £30,000 to £33,000 per year, dependent on experience.
