Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Project Coordinator cum Driver to oversee and monitor construction laborers in company accommodations (camp) and project sites.
The role involves regular camp visits, checking manpower attendance and work assignments, and submitting timely reports to management.
The ideal candidate must be responsible, organized, and able to coordinate effectively with workers and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to labor camps and project sites.
- Coordinate directly with construction laborers regarding their work assignments and attendance.
- Monitor and verify if workers are deployed properly and actively working.
- Report daily or weekly updates to management regarding manpower status.
- Address basic worker concerns and escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
- Maintain proper records of camp visits, manpower status, and related reports.
- Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies within the camp.
- Drive to camps, sites, and other locations as required.
- Ensure company vehicle is maintained in good condition and follow UAE traffic regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Previous experience in manpower, construction, or camp coordination is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and updates (MS Office knowledge is an advantage).
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
