Job Role Summary
The person will be responsible for finding and managing moving companies/vendors (Packers & Movers) for the business.
The goal is to build a strong vendor network, make sure vendors provide good service, and help expand operations across Dubai/UAE.
1. Find & Onboard Vendors
- Search for new Packers & Movers vendors
- Meet and negotiate rates/contracts with them
- Add and activate vendors on the platform
- Build a reliable vendor network in different areas
2. Manage Vendor Performance
- Check if vendors are providing good and timely service
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow up with vendors who are underperforming
- Ensure vendors follow company standards
3. Business Expansion
- Identify new areas/opportunities for growth
- Increase the number of vendors available
- Work with internal teams to match supply with customer demand
- Improve service availability in different locations
4. Operations Support
- Handle vendor-related operational issues
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Help improve processes and service quality
5. Pricing & Profitability
- Ensure vendor pricing is competitive but still profitable for the company
- Manage vendor mix for better cost and service quality
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in operations, vendor management, logistics, or Packers & Movers industry
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of UAE/Dubai logistics market
- UAE Driving License and own car are required
- Comfortable with fieldwork and vendor meetings
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
