• Risk & Issue Tracking
- : Help monitor project risks and issues, ensuring that they are logged, tracked, and reported to project managers.
- Assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Client Interaction
- : Support communication with Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
- Participate in client meetings, ensuring all documentation and communication is provided in Arabic.
- Reporting
- : Assist in preparing and delivering regular project status reports and progress updates to both internal and external stakeholders in Arabic and English.
• Budget & Financial Tracking
- : Help monitor project budgets and expenses, working closely with project managers to ensure financial compliance.
- Team Support
- : Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with logistics, preparing presentations, and organizing project-related materials.
- Quality Control
- : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications by maintaining effective tracking systems.
