• Risk & Issue Tracking

  • : Help monitor project risks and issues, ensuring that they are logged, tracked, and reported to project managers.
  • Assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Client Interaction
  • : Support communication with Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
  • Participate in client meetings, ensuring all documentation and communication is provided in Arabic.
  • Reporting
  • : Assist in preparing and delivering regular project status reports and progress updates to both internal and external stakeholders in Arabic and English.

• Budget & Financial Tracking

  • : Help monitor project budgets and expenses, working closely with project managers to ensure financial compliance.
  • Team Support
  • : Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with logistics, preparing presentations, and organizing project-related materials.
