Project Coordination Engineer

Overview

• Assist the Project Manager to provide project coordination support across all phases of Shurooq’s real estate development projects.
• The Project Coordinator ensures effective communication, documentation, tracking, and follow-up between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies, helping the Project Manager deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate project documentation, communications, and schedules
• throughout all project phases.
• Track progress of design, procurement, and construction deliverables; follow
• up on outstanding actions.
• Support the Project Manager in the preparation and documentation of
• meetings, reports, and project updates.
• Serve as the liaison between internal departments and the project Manager and
• external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, authorities).
