HII Mission Technologies seeks a Project Controller to support projects with varied contract types, sizes, and complexity.
The role works under the Project Control Supervisor and partners with Program Managers, technical leads, and functional teams.
The position offers a remote or hybrid work schedule after the training period.
Core responsibilities
- Provide cost, schedule, and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis; develop WBS, BOEs, and time-phased budgets and schedules.
- Support project setup under contractual terms and prepare program financial EACs by required deadlines.
- Update monthly corporate forecasts and identify project risks and opportunities with program, contracts, procurement, and finance partners.
- Review contract modifications and advise Program Management on potential impacts; check cost reporting documentation for accuracy.
- Prepare variance analyses and reports, develop financial CDRL deliverables, and conduct ad hoc financial analyses.
- Monitor funding by line item and support billing-status monitoring and resolution of unbilled issues.
