The role supports project controls for a major pipeline construction project in Jebel Dhana, Abu Dhabi.
The client is an EPC contractor working on major oil and gas projects in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Draft project-specific controls procedures and help prepare internal and external reports.
- Maintain project deliverables lists for procedures, plans, engineering, procurement, material submittals, and method statements.
- Assemble procurement packages with quantity take-offs, specifications, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain procurement, subcontractor, and engineering deliverables registers.
- Assist with subcontract agreements, price negotiations, administration, correspondence, measurements, payment certification, and final accounts.
- Prepare project materials quantities and maintain materials reconciliation.
Requirements
- Engineering degree.
- Experience as a project controls engineer on major EPC oil and gas construction projects in the Middle East.
