Join an established contractor in Qatar with ongoing and upcoming road, highway, and infrastructure projects.
Lead contractual and commercial activities for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for contractual and commercial activities.
- Manage commercial performance, contractual risk, organizational interests, project costs, and financial exposure.
- Lead administration and negotiation of contracts, claims, and subcontract agreements.
- Establish commercial controls and governance.
- Work with project teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve commercial matters and support profitable delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant contracts and commercial management experience in construction.
- Proven track record on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Skills in contract management, negotiation, risk management, compliance monitoring, documentation, contract awareness, and reporting.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
