We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and project controls activities across complex, multi-sector projects. This is a senior role for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced EPC environments and excels at delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

YOUR ROLE

As Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, managing resources, monitoring progress, and providing accurate performance reporting. You will work closely with project teams, senior management, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment with corporate and project objectives.

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, maintain, and control detailed baseline project schedules across all phases.
• Define key milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Monitor progress and update schedules based on actual performance and scope changes.

Project Controls & Reporting

• Prepare earned value analysis (EVA), S-curves, schedule variance, and performance reports.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders and management.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and change control records.

Resource & Cost Control

• Forecast and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment resources.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to mitigate shortages and delays.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve resource conflicts.

Risk Management

• Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contingency planning for critical activities and milestones.
• Escalate schedule risks impacting project timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the focal point for all project control and planning matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure schedule alignment.
• Ensure timely submission of planning deliverables to stakeholders.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all project controls processes comply with corporate policies and industry standards.
• Conduct schedule audits and support quality assurance initiatives.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor project planners and schedulers.
• Conduct training and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and team development.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects with 5 years of which in a managerial role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Expertise: Strong EPC project experience across oil & gas, power, civil, marine, or industrial sectors; Expert user of Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning tools; Solid knowledge of earned value management (EVM), critical path analysis, and risk management; Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
