Overview
Vibes is seeking an experienced freelance consultant to support the implementation of the upcoming UAE E-Invoicing requirements.
The consultant will act as Vibes' representative throughout the project life cycle, coordinating and managing the implementation activities between Vibes, the selected Accredited Service Provider (ASP), ERP Systems, QuickBooks, and other relevant stakeholders.
The engagement will commence from project initiation and continue through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Key Responsibilites
- Act as the primary project coordinator on behalf of Vibes Manage and coordinate activities between selected E-Invoicing ASP, ERP systems provider, QuickBooks provider
- Internal coordination with Finance & Sales teams
- Review and challenge technical and functional designs.
- Monitor implementation progress and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with UAE e-Invoicing requirements and PEPPOL standards.Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and design reviews.
- Oversee integration activities between source systems and the ASP platform.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage issue tracking, risk management, and resolution activities.
- Support cutover planning and go-live readiness assessments.
- Coordinate post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities.
- Provide regular project status updates and reporting to management.
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience delivering e-Invoicing projects (UAE, GCC, PEPPOL, CTC, or similar frameworks).
- Experience working with Accredited Service Providers (ASPs), PEPPOL Access Points, or e-Invoicing platforms.
- Strong ERP integration experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks integrations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT and e-Invoicing regulations is preferred.
