Stakeholder & Exhibitor Coordination

• Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with exhibitors to collect marketing materials, content, and event-related information
• Coordinate with media partners and support the delivery of sponsorship commitments and deliverables

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Assist in the implementation of social media and digital marketing activities
• Assist with event promotion and marketing initiatives as required

Communications & Operations

• Manage and organize communications to ensure all requests and follow-ups are completed efficiently
• Maintain and update event websites using WordPress
• Track outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion of all assigned activities
• Support the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team in day-to-day operations

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in marketing, events, exhibitions, or related fields is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing activities
• Knowledge of WordPress is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Additional Information

• Initial contract duration is 3 months, with potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.
• Must be flexible regarding contract extension as required by business needs
