DIPG is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is listed in the qualifications; a separate education section marks a bachelor's degree as preferred.
- Very good spoken and written English; Arabic is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit and Primavera.
- Management, delegation, resource planning, time management, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery and monitor compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to meet contractual conditions, client requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
- Prepare progress, status, estimate, and deliverable reports; review progress and estimates against quality and budget expectations.
- Coordinate contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors throughout the building process.
- Select tools, materials, and equipment; track inventory; respond to delays, weather, and site emergencies.
- Maintain files and paperwork; determine labor needs and dispatch workers to construction sites.
