Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders
- Communicate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in project coordination or administration
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
