Overview
Oversee and coordinate civil site activities including earthworks, concrete works, structural elements, utilities installation, and finishing works.
Review civil drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure proper site implementation.
Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and work plans for civil construction activities.
Monitor and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with design, quality, and Saudi Building Code requirements.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
Prepare daily reports, progress updates, material logs, and technical documentation.
Conduct site measurements, quantity surveys, and material reconciliation to support cost control and procurement.
Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction challenges.
Support shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittments for client/consultant approval.
Ensure HSE compliance and promote a safety-first culture on site.
Participate in project meetings, inspections, and coordination sessions.
Assist in planning and scheduling civil construction activities using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities for civil works.
