Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Assistant role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Project Assistant will support project managers and HR consultants with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking project timelines, and assisting with reports and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills in Arabic are an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
