Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Administrator - Conferences & Exhibitions, based in Dubai. The role involves coordinating and managing various aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics management, vendor coordination, scheduling, and participant communications. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed timelines and ensuring seamless execution of conferences and exhibitions. The role includes liaising with team members, speakers, and attendees to ensure the highest level of service delivery and event success.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including timeline management and multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and team members
- Event planning and logistics management experience within conferences or exhibitions
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling tools, and event management software
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities to handle challenges under tight deadlines
- Prior experience working in the events and specifically conferences is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
