Role overview

Work arrangement

• This is a full-time Monday-to-Friday role with flexible hours in Longueuil.
• The role is performed exclusively on-site.

Core responsibilities

• Create complex manufacturing operation sheets for engine parts and assemblies.
• Create and validate multiaxis NC machining programs, including simulation using Vericut.
• Interpret drawings, models, and customer specifications to validate technical requirements.
• Define assembly and inspection tooling with related services.
• Coordinate production, development, new-product introduction, and engineering changes.
• Support shop-floor teams and external suppliers, and improve manufacturing standards and process robustness.

Qualifications

• College diploma in manufacturing or mechanical design.
• The English posting requests at least 3-5 years as a process planner; the French posting requests 5-10 years as an NC programmer.
• Experience as a CNC and/or conventional machinist.
• Mastery of Catia V5, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of SAP and PLM.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English, including technical English for instructions, plans, and communication.
