Data Analyst - 1st Shift (Onsite)

Role overview

Work arrangement

• The role is designated onsite at the Springdale, Arkansas location.

Data and analytics delivery

• Integrate, transform, standardize, and validate data from applications, spreadsheets, databases, text files, APIs, and operational sources.
• Develop and maintain visualization, statistical analysis, reporting, and analytical solutions for enterprise and infrastructure data.
• Improve data quality, validation, monitoring, governance, documentation, and data management practices.

Stakeholder support and documentation

• Work with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and translate requirements into data and analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain requirements, data definitions, process flows, use cases, user stories, technical designs, and operational procedures.
• Apply information security, information assurance, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements to data and analytics work.
• Drive projects to completion on schedule.

Required qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Have experience with SharePoint or Power BI.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with technologies such as Python, Azure, Databricks, Power BI, ServiceNow data, GitHub, or machine learning platforms is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, technical documentation, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are preferred.
