Your role

Strategic alignment and governance

• Organise projects that contribute to the organisation’s strategic vision and objectives.
• Design, coordinate and improve internal and external programmes to align with organisational goals.
• Develop programme plans, schedules and budgets; establish governance controls, scope and success criteria.
• Define objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical, process and resource feasibility.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigating actions and controls through a RAID log.
• Use company project frameworks, complete and file documentation, and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost.
• Measure project performance with appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Delivery and stakeholder management

• Monitor progress through the programme lifecycle, resolve issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Report progress and escalations to the CTO and key stakeholders; deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, team members and external partners to support aligned execution.
• Work with sponsors and stakeholders to define, document and prioritise business cases for change.
• Manage third-party relationships, assigned tasks and expected deliverables.

Leadership

• Lead major programme launches and coordinate activities from initiation to completion.
• Mentor, guide and coach a team of Business Analysts and Change Analysts, including performance management.
• Advocate for change and work with stakeholders to identify improvements in current ways of working.

Requirements

• Able to lead enterprise-wide change and transformation projects and coordinate projects, people and resources toward strategic goals.
• Able to oversee planning, governance, schedules, budgets and delivery, resolving bottlenecks as needed.
• Able to combine transformational planning with detailed hands-on delivery.
