Essential duties
- Coordinate assigned day-to-day business operations under moderate supervision and established timelines.
- Identify routine issues, interpret applicable procedures, make minor adjustments, and escalate concerns with recommended solutions.
- Coordinate project tasks, track status, and support timely deliverables.
- Gather performance information, document observations, and recommend routine process improvements.
- Follow standard procedures and maintain quality-management documents, records, and change routing.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must live in or near Rancho Cordova, California, and permanently reside in the continental United States.
- Home office needs internet speed of at least 20 Mbps, Wi-Fi or Category 5/6 Ethernet connectivity, a private work area, and adequate power.
Preferred qualifications
- Five years of project coordinator or comparable experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other software proficiency is preferred; PMP certification is preferred.
