Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with emphasis in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college/university. May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Management of rocket propulsion defense system programs.
  • Management of Missile Defense Agency programs with MAP/PMAP requirements.
  • Performing business development activities working directly with funding customer offices.
  • The good faith base salary range for this role is $180,405–$310,400 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.

Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Project
  • Willingness to seek-out and assume increasing responsibilities as work-load changes
  • Ability to multi-task in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication
  • Other Requirements:
  • Travel up to 25%, including the possibility of overnights within the continental US
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship)
  • Must have a current DoD Secret Clearance
  • The good faith base salary range for this role is $180,405–$310,400 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
