Program Manager (UAE National)
About This Role
We are supporting a confidential advanced engineering programme , and are looking for a Program Manager (UAE National) to help drive delivery.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a first-of-its-kind development programme in the region , working at the intersection of engineering, certification, testing and industrialisation .
The role:
- Support and drive elements of the end-to-end development programme
- Coordinate across engineering, testing, manufacturing and external partners
- Contribute to program planning, governance, risk management and delivery milestones
- Work closely with senior leadership and technical teams
- Manage cross-functional engineering, manufacturing and test teams
- Own schedule, budget, milestones and risk management
- Establish and drive program governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks
- Interface with regulators, suppliers, partners and customers
- Support testing, certification and operational readiness
We are open on background , and welcome candidates from:
- Aerospace / Defence
- Space programmes
- Complex engineering or industrial projects
- Energy / large-scale technical programmes
The key requirement is experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technical programmes in a regulated or high-performance environment .
We're also looking for individuals with an Engineering degree (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or similar), and 7+ years’ experience in aerospace or complex hardware programmes.
Finally, to succeed here you will need a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset and to feel comfortable in fast-paced environments.
PMP or equivalent (preferred).
