Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules and execution tracking with engineering teams.
• Drive new product development through stage gates; align stakeholders and secure sign-off on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track milestones and risks, refine work breakdown structures, and drive engineering sign-off.
• Monitor budgets, spending, delivery, and milestone achievement; align stakeholders across functions.
• Establish process frameworks that support consistent execution and quality deliverables.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; the role-specific section specifies Electrical Engineering or equivalent as a minimum.
• At least 2 years of program management or related work experience. A relevant master’s degree may substitute for one year and a doctorate for two years.

Technical qualifications

• Experience developing high-speed SerDes 112G+ and knowledge of protocols and SerDes IP development.
• Experience with stage-gate program development and engineering execution flows and dependencies.
• Schedule development, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Office Project.
• Understanding of advanced-node IP development at 5nm and below, IP deliverables, and customer integration challenges.
• PMP certification is an asset.

Pay

• Posted pay range is $112,000 to $162,000; the posting describes the pay scale as broad and the annual bonus and potential annual RSU grants as additional compensation components.
