Program Manager- Program Integration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Air Force acquisition, capability planning, requirements development, or program integration.
• Requires knowledge of F-15 aircraft and experience executing F-15 programs.
• Experience working with or supporting USAF MAJCOMs (ACC, AFGSC, HQ USAF)
• Knowledge of USAF planning, programming, and capability development processes.
• Experience supporting program management, logistics, supply, financial management, test, security, information management, or contracting activities.
• Ability to analyze warfighter requirements and define capability needs.
• Familiarity with S&T investment processes, technology maturity, and early lifecycle planning.
• Experience with IPTs, PMRs, TIMs, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to prepare senior-level briefings and reports.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and serve as a liaison between user and engineering communities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Desired Qualifications:
• Master’s degree/MBA, or Operations Research, Engineering or related field
• Chief of Staff experience
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
