Full Job Posting
LMI is seeking a Program Manager to lead execution of the Futures and Concepts Command (FCC) Integrated Data Layer modernization effort.
This is a program leadership role focused on coordinating the design, development, deployment, and sustainment of an enterprise data integration capability that connects legacy sources to Army Vantage, supports secure cross-domain movement, and strengthens data governance for mission teams.
You will serve as the primary interface between FCC leadership, technical delivery teams, and LMI management, helping keep scope, schedule, security, and mission outcomes aligned over the 12-month performance period.
LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed.

Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.
- Lead day-to-day execution of the FCC Integrated Data Layer program and serve as the primary point of contact for government and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate program planning, milestones, staffing, deliverables, risks, and status reporting across technical and mission partners.
- Guide delivery of an automated, multi-domain data pipeline that ingests, structures, and warehouses data from legacy FCC sources such as Forge, ArCADIE, A365, PowerPoint, PDFs, and other unstructured reports.
- Oversee the transition of legacy platforms into read-only archival status and support the move of analytical activity into Army Vantage.
- Work with technical teams to support secure data integration across NIPRNet and SIPRNet, including Codex-enabled cross-domain mirroring.
- Help document source systems, data ontology, secure architecture, and integration dependencies so the solution is clear to government reviewers and sustainment teams.
- Track delivery of governance dashboards and reporting that show data quality, submission timeliness, repository usage, and platform health.
- Support workspace deployment, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution with FCC subject matter experts and leadership.
- Maintain the program management plan, transition plan, and close-out handoff materials.
- Lead communication, training, and knowledge-transfer efforts that help FCC teams adopt and sustain the delivered capability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading complex federal or DoD programs involving modernization, enterprise integration, data, software, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field is required.
- Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
- Strong program management experience across schedule, risk, staffing, deliverables, financial performance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate government leaders, technical teams, contractors, and partner organizations across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to translate mission needs into clear plans, priorities, executive briefings, and status reporting for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience operating within structured government security, compliance, governance, and review processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Army data modernization, digital transformation, enterprise integration, or secure technology delivery.
- Familiarity with Army Vantage, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, cross-domain solutions, RMF, ATO, CUI, cloud, or secure data-sharing environments.
- Experience with Agile delivery, data governance, dashboards, change management, or program financial controls.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, SAFe, Security+, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or relevant cloud and data credentials.
