Responsibilities:

  • Leads end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring successful execution across all project phases.
  • Partners with senior leadership to define strategic direction, priorities, success metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Develops solution strategies and drives requirements, design reviews, testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.
  • Applies deep expertise in Finance, Accounting, Technology, project management, and financial processes to deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensures compliance with CFO Change Management Governance, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manages project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting to maintain program delivery.
  • Facilitates stakeholder alignment through governance forums, steering committees, executive communications, and proactive change management.
  • Supports finance transformation, automation, data modernization, and operating model improvements while promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs and strategic initiatives across Financial Services, Finance, Technology, Operations, or Consulting environments.
  • Extensive experience delivering Finance, Global Markets, Regulatory Reporting, Finance Data, and enterprise transformation programs within complex financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Global Markets technology platforms, finance systems, data sourcing solutions, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of front-to-back processes and data flows supporting trading, finance, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex business and technology change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and interdependencies.
  • Expertise in project and program management, including governance, risk and issue management, financial oversight, and executive-level reporting.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across multiple lines of business while driving decisions and outcomes.
  • Highly effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments and leveraging tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting CFO organization initiatives, including Strategic Ledger, Subledger, Financial Reporting, Finance Modernization, or Finance Operating Model Transformation.
  • Knowledge of banking products and Global Markets businesses, including understanding of finance and risk reporting impacts.
  • Experience with data governance, data lineage, data controls, and business process transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing regulatory, audit, risk remediation, or control-related programs.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Change Management certification.
  • Experience working within a matrixed global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs spanning business, technology, data, and operational teams.
