This is a part-time, on-site role for a Program Manager, based in Dubai.
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and initiatives aimed at empowering youth in the energy sector.
The role includes managing resources, creating detailed project plans, building partnerships with stakeholders, and regularly evaluating program success.
The Program Manager will also maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure program alignment with AYEN’s mission and vision.
Qualifications
- Experience in program management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building
- Knowledge of the energy sector, sustainability, and innovation-related initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-cultural, and dynamic environments
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and process optimization
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Development Studies, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role with non-governmental organizations or youth-focused programs is an advantage
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
