About the role

Portfolio performance and governance

• Drive APAC portfolio performance, profitability, and successful delivery outcomes.
• Improve forecasting, resourcing, commercial oversight, estimation, margin protection, and delivery predictability.
• Own portfolio reporting, financial performance tracking, benchmarking, and operational governance.
• Lead stakeholder communications, customer engagement, governance forums, and escalations.
• Maintain delivery standards and reporting; monitor project health, risks, capacity, and business performance.

Delivery innovation and capability

• Lead adoption of AI-enabled delivery methods, tools, and practices, integrating AI into planning, estimation, risk management, reporting, and governance.
• Use data-driven insights and emerging technologies to improve utilization, profitability, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with global teams to deliver measurable transformation results across APAC and embed an AI-enabled operating model.
• Reduce project cycle times, improve estimate accuracy, standardize practices, and scale delivery efficiency.
• Coach and support program and project managers and promote accountability and delivery excellence.

Core requirements

• Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing.
• Strong project, program, or transformation leadership experience in a software or technology company.
• Proven experience leveraging AI to improve delivery, ways of working, and business outcomes.

Additional experience and strengths

• Enterprise software implementation experience is an advantage.
• Change management or operating model transformation experience is an advantage.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills are identified as differentiators.
• Experience embedding AI or automation into business processes is an advantage.
