About the role

Responsibilities

• Drive APAC portfolio performance, profitability, successful delivery, forecasting, resourcing, and delivery predictability.
• Strengthen estimation, margin protection, and delivery optimisation through data-driven governance and planning.
• Own portfolio reporting, financial performance tracking, benchmarking, operational governance, project health, risks, capacity, and business performance.
• Lead customer engagement, stakeholder communications, governance forums, and escalation management.
• Coach and support Program and Project Managers and promote delivery capability, accountability, and best practices.
• Lead regional adoption of AI-enabled delivery methods, tools, and practices; integrate AI into planning, estimation, risk management, reporting, and governance.
• Partner globally on delivery transformation and measurable business results; evaluate and scale technologies that improve efficiency.
• Standardise delivery practices, improve estimate accuracy, reduce project cycle times, and lead initiatives to improve performance and scalability.

What you’ll bring

• Supply chain, retail, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong project, program, or transformation leadership in a software or technology company.
• Proven use of AI to improve delivery, ways of working, and business outcomes.
• Enterprise software implementation experience is an advantage.
• Change management or operating model transformation experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are an advantage.
• Experience embedding AI or automation into business processes is an advantage.
