Responsibilities

  • Led Run-the-Business (RTB) operations for product operations, establishing unified cadences, executing key executive reviews, and closing critical program gaps.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous program goals into actionable technical roadmaps, strategic OKRs, and lifecycle milestones across engineering, product, and leadership.
  • Govern scalable Product Lifecycle (PLC) frameworks, driving global template adoption, leading NPI hardware intakes, and managing IPPR approvals.
  • Advocate AI-First workflows and automation to eliminate operational toil and defined requirements for predictive tools to improve On-Time Delivery.
  • Influence cross-functional hardware, product, and manufacturing teams to unblock resources, resolve dependencies, and mentor junior Program Managers (PMs) on agentic tools.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience of program management within hardware manufacturing, manufacturing operations, or New Product Introduction (NPI) environments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional hardware projects from inception to global deployment.
  • Expertise in Product Lifecycle (PLC) frameworks, Agile project management, sourcing, and risk mitigation.
  • Proven track record of strategic problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and translating ambiguous goals into roadmaps.
  • Deep knowledge of typical hardware BOM, assembly, test processes, and lifecycle requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership in matrix-managed structures, successfully influencing cross-functional engineering and product teams.
