The role
- Build and test AI proofs of concept and workflows, coordinate rollout, and measure adoption and impact.
- Manage AI initiatives and align stakeholders on priorities, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Identify opportunities with business users and determine whether to improve processes, adopt existing tools, or develop new capabilities.
- Support AI adoption through training, communication, and ongoing assistance.
- Translate business requirements into delivery plans with technical teams, working within risk and governance requirements.
- Track progress, adoption, and business value; address obstacles and inform stakeholders.
What the employer is looking for
- Strong programme delivery and organisational skills, including stakeholder alignment and management of multiple workstreams.
- Substantial software product ownership or management experience and work with engineering teams delivering business-facing solutions.
- At least two years owning production generative AI products or workflows, with evidence of adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Financial services experience; investment management or buy-side experience is ideal.
- Practical AI proof-of-concept and workflow development experience, with the ability to coordinate delivery, drive adoption, and measure business impact.
Compensation
- Salary is stated as up to USD 220,000 base plus a significant performance bonus; no pay cadence is specified.
